There is a strong team ethic. So much so that if a key person is off or unavailable then another member of the team is always more than capable of dealing with the matter in hand. This contrasts with other firms where typically individuals have their own work and aren’t able to help if a key person isn’t available.

The team are extremely professional and approachable and most of all they are always available to communicate and provide realistic proactive advice for the real world – not just that from a text book.

The Property team at Blacks react quickly to advice and requests – something that is very important to our business. The quality of their advice is always excellent and their knowledge of our business is also. They have strength in depth and we feel comfortable using any member of their team.

Blacks offer a first class service at competitive fee levels. Their response time to phone or email queries is second to none and significantly quicker than other firms. Quality of advice is not however compromised. However large or small nothing is too much trouble.

The in-house multi-talented team covers a broad spectrum of specialist skills and they coordinate efficiently and effectively in dealing with complex legal matters where multiple faceted levels of expertise are required.

I like that Blacks have a good team and if we need to call on someone else to give advice this can be done in house. Compared to other practices I have worked with they are very efficient and responsive.
