Banking Paralegal
We are looking to recruit a Paralegal to work in our newly formed Banking team.
Whilst some previous experience in this area of law would be an advantage, it is not essential, as full training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has either a law degree or some legal experience, who is looking to start their career in Banking Law.
The role will include:
- Drafting corporate authorisation documentation.
- Obtaining and reviewing information from Companies House.
- Drafting ancillary documentation (side letters, fee letters, amendment agreements).
- Preparing guarantee, security and release documentation.
- Dealing with registration of security post-closing.
- Assisting with various other tasks as required.
- Attending marketing and networking events with clients.
The ideal candidates for this role will have:
- The drive and enthusiasm to be part of a new and growing area for the Firm.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Initiative and evidence of working pro-actively.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise their workload effectively.
- A commercial understanding and outlook.
