Callum Jackson joined Blacks Solicitors in 2021 as a Paralegal in the Corporate team.
Callum began his legal career as a higher legal apprentice in 2013 at a large regional firm, completing the course in 2016 and achieving Affiliate status of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX). Callum is continuing to complete further qualifications with CILEX with a view to qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive.
Callum also spent almost five years working in the corporate team of a multi award-winning boutique firm specialising in healthcare matters and has extensive experience in acting for and advising healthcare professionals and business owners, particularly dentists, GPs and pharmacists.
Callum specialises in corporate acquisitions and disposals, restructuring, funding and investments along with commercial agreements such as shareholders’ agreements and partnership agreements.
