Jennifer Gillespie joined Blacks Solicitors in 2015 and became an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team in 2018, later being promoted in 2021 to Senior Associate Solicitor.
Before joining Blacks, Jennifer graduated from Keele University with a degree in Law and Criminology in 2007, and went on to continue her legal studies at BPP Law School in Leeds before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2013.
Jennifer is experienced at dealing with acquisitions and disposals, and in particular acts for both landlord and tenants in managing their property portfolios (including negotiating leases, renewals and surrenders).
She also has experience of working for landlords in the acquisition and disposal of multi-let investment properties in the Retail sector.
