Josie Kirk qualified as a Solicitor in 2019 and joined Blacks Solicitors in 2021, where she works in the Family team.
Prior to joining Blacks, Josie studied Law at the University of Sheffield, before completing her Masters in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law in Leeds. She then trained with a firm in Temple, London, before specialising in Family Law.
Josie works hard to secure the best possible result on a range of family matters, including Separation; Divorce; Financial Relief; Private Children Act Matters and Domestic Violence Issues.
She has experience helping clients to resolve difficult and sensitive issues that occur as the result of a relationship breakdown, conducting matters in a constructive and non-confrontational manner.
