Pete Konieczko-Hansom

Pete Konieczko-Hansom is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Corporate & Commercial team. He qualified in 2008 after training at a large national firm in Hull.

Pete initially joined Blacks Solicitors in 2016 as an Assistant Solicitor, becoming an Associate Solicitor in 2018. Having gained a vast array of experience working for different firms across West and East Yorkshire between January 2019 and January 2022, as well in London for the Government Legal Department, Pete re-joined Blacks Solicitors in 2022 as a Senior Associate Solicitor.

Pete acts for a broad range of clients from small start-ups to large international manufacturers. He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including share sale/purchases, management buyouts, supply and distribution agreements. Pete also advises on intellectual property matters, a topic about which he can wax lyrical for hours.
