I have used Blacks previously due to the capability to do everything remotely which was beneficial at the time. This time I used them based on my last experience and the fact they had a local office which was accessible to me which I needed this time. I was assisted by a local solicitor who was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to speak to and made the whole process very simple, easy and almost stress free. He made a purchase happen in a month and handled my sale at the same time. He gave good advice which saved time and money and was able to translate the legal nonsense into plain English and explain the repercussions of any decision. The cost and value for money was very good and I ended up with a much lower bill than I expected. I will definitely use Blacks again if I decide to move in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone for there local and remote services which were both excellent, and I have no complaints at all.
