David Ward was extremely professional throughout but he was also very personable and took all of my concerns and individual issues on board, right from the very beginning. He worked tirelessly and was always available to help when I had any questions or when things got difficult. Without David I really would have been lost but with him on my side it was pretty plain sailing actually. He worked with me to document my story and the evidence I had access to, in a very clear and concise format. He ultimately helped translate my thoughts and experiences to the other party and got me the outcome I feel I deserved. I hope I never need a lawyer like David again but he would be the only person I would want, should that ever happen.
